Lisa Moreno is the owner of Moonflower Therapeutic Arts Center LLC and serves as the Artistic and Clinical Director. She is a counselor, an educator, and an artist.

Lisa Moreno is a native of the Rio Grande Valley. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Evansville, a Master of Arts from Kansas State University, and a Master of Education from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. She has received extensive training in play therapy and trauma sensitive approaches.

Lisa Moreno is a triple certified educator, in theatre, communications, and dance, with fifteen years of experience.  Lisa Moreno is a certified school counselor in the state of Texas.

She continues to create and use art as a method of expression and healing. She is an advocate for expressive arts, strength-based, and body-centered approaches. She continues to be an avid advocate for grief and trauma awareness and the intentional use of the creative arts as tools for expression and healing.
